Everything you need to run the home — including our favorite Alpine dinner.
Thermostats are to the right of the front door and in each bedroom (radiant heat) — we recommend ~70–72°F. In summer, use the ceiling fans in every room, two tower fans, and the box fan in the entryway closet, and open the windows for fresh mountain air.
Flip the switch to the left of the fireplace — the burner may take a few seconds to catch. Turn it off whenever you leave or sleep, and keep flammables away from the glass. If you ever smell gas, don’t operate any switches — open a window, step outside, and message us.

A Nespresso Vertuo for espresso, lattes & americanos, plus a drip maker with a reusable metal filter. A few starter pods are provided — please replace what you use.
Air fryer (a guest favorite), panini press, blender, toaster & electric kettle. Let anything with a heating element cool fully before cleaning.
Full-size in-unit washer & dryer — detergent provided; please replenish if you go through a lot.
Full cookware, dishes, glassware and essentials. The table seats six, with extra seats at the breakfast bar.
Raclette is a traditional Alpine meal where everyone cooks together at the table — relaxed, unhurried, and especially good after a day on the mountain. Here’s how:
1. Set the grill in the middle of the table and plug it in (an extension cord is provided — tuck it safely, or use the outlet by the breakfast bar). 2. Preheat ~10 minutes. 3. The surface and pans are non-stick — no oil needed. 4. Lay raclette cheese in the little pans and slide them under the element. 5. Grill meats, shrimp, or vegetables on the top plate. 6. When the cheese is bubbling and golden, scrape it over boiled baby potatoes, charcuterie & cornichons — then go again, round after round.
What to buy: City Market on Dillon Ridge (5 min) has raclette cheese, baby potatoes, charcuterie & cornichons. Plan on about a half pound of cheese per person.
Please use care: the grill runs very hot and stays hot after switching off. Set it on a trivet or board — never directly on the wood table — keep it clear of napkins and décor, never leave it unattended, and keep children and pets away. Use only the spatulas provided, and let everything cool before hand-washing.
Ski, bike & toy storage is directly in front of spot #106. The lock is a bit tricky — the code and how-to are in your check-in message.
Morning coffee in the alpine air; in the evening, flip on the string lights and enjoy the cool mountain night. Remember: bear country — keep the patio door closed and no food/trash outside.
The trash/recycling room is to the right of the garage entrance (code in your check-in message). Please bag all trash.
