Thanks for treating our home like your own! A few important things that keep it great for every guest.
Maximum occupancy is 6, including everyone — no unregistered overnight visitors. Please let us know who’s coming. The primary guest must be at least 25 and is responsible for the party.
No pets of any kind (no exceptions). Service animals are excepted per law — please tell us in advance.
No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes anywhere on the property, including the balcony. A $250 cleaning fee applies to any violation.
This is a residential building with neighbors close by.
Please be respectful of neighbors in shared hallways and on the balcony.
Use only your assigned garage spot (#106) and the second spot with the hanging tag displayed. Return the garage remote and parking tag before departure.
Please don’t leave doors or windows open with the heat running.
Never leave food or trash on the balcony, and keep the balcony door closed when you’re out.
Please don’t move furniture between rooms or rearrange the setup.
Report any damage or issues right away — accidents happen, and we’re easy to work with when we know.
