This is prime time near Lake Dillon. Six ski areas sit within about 40 minutes — Keystone is roughly 15 minutes away, and the free Summit Stage ski shuttle stops right outside our building. Arapahoe Basin regularly skis into June, so you can still chase turns while town quiets down and nightly rates ease. Days are sunny, the lake starts to thaw, and it’s one of the best-value windows of the year.
Dillon Marina opens for sailing, kayaking and paddleboarding, the Dillon Amphitheater hosts lakeside concerts, and the Dillon Farmers Market runs every Friday. Afternoons are warm, evenings are cool, and the hiking and biking are world-class.
